With 2023 wrapped and Day 1 of 2024 having arrived, we wanted to send a reflection and summary on what we've achieved at Glencoco.

Since officially releasing our B2B sales marketplace 6 months ago, we’ve had 10,900 users sign up, crossed 350 MAUs, empowered 42 businesses, generated 638,000 outbound calls, captured 20,500 recorded conversations, booked 2,100 meetings, created over 600 sales qualified opportunities, and generated $6M - $12M in estimated revenue pipeline through our platform.

We owe this success to your unwavering support and trust.

The past month marked a significant milestone as we saw over 75 B2B customers register for the platform in December alone. We’ll be committed to onboarding as many qualified businesses as possible to list on our marketplace.

  • Time-zone sorting based on area codes to only call during relevant business hours

  • Personalized context about the contact upon connection, including linkedin profiles, company website links, and custom tokens uploaded or mapped from CRMs

  • Optional callback-forwarding - if a prospect calls back, the call can be real-time routed to a user’s personal phone number

  • Glencoco users get their very own sales resume with automatically populating statistics generated while working on various campaigns

  • Sales Resumes can be set to private or publicly shareable, which can be used for recruiting or self-improvement purposes

  • Companies can review each person’s profile with real statistics to assess sales performance and quality

4. Caller Approval Flows for Businesses with Recorded Voice Auditions 🎬

  • Businesses can set up specific, customized campaign audition questions

  • Businesses can approve, reject, or have callers retry auditions after reviewing recorded auditions

9. Users Can Now Bulk Import Leads into Campaigns 📁

  • If users want to self-source leads for campaigns because leads are low, they can now do so via the bulk upload lead function

  • We handle automatic prevention of leads being imported that are not eligible to call into via Suppression Lists maintained by businesses in their campaign settings

  • Leads imported are only workable by the users who uploaded the leads and cannot be seen by other users
